PayAnywhere will soon be introducing upgrades to the PayAnywhere app and merchant portal that will improve your experience and provide you with new features. These exciting new developments will require two things of each of you. First, all PayAnywhere merchants must reset their password for security reasons. This is going to be important, so please look out for an email from us with simple instructions on how to get this done. Second, when the new app is released, please go to the App Store and download it so that you have access to all the new improvements right away.

One of the biggest changes you will experience with the new app and merchant portal will be our switch to a streamlined single sign-on process, meaning you will use one username and password to sign into both the PayAnywhere app and merchant portal. Your username will be the email address we have on file for you, but as we mentioned before, you will need to create a new password in order to use the updated system. Any merchants unsure about which email address will be used as their new username can contact PayAnywhere's live customer service to find out the email address on file.

There's no rush for you to do either of these steps right away. We'll let you know exactly when you need to take action. We appreciate your business and look forward to sharing our enhancements with you very soon.
