Tip Alert - Facebook Business

Heads up, merchants! Facebook has enabled a review feature where site visitors can rate businesses on a rating system from one to five stars. This feature is automatically activated on a business's Facebook page if a location is listed. While this feature is a great resource for customers to promote a business's products and services, it's important to note that businesses cannot remove individual reviews if they are not complimentary. Businesses have the option of either removing the review feature from their page altogether by deleting their location, or leaving negative reviews on their page.
