Account

Account consists of Profile, Alerts, Integrations, and Referrals.

  • Profile: View and edit your business information. Here, you can update your password, see your bank account on file, access IRS TIN Matching, etc.
  • Alerts: Subscribe to or create custom email alerts for updates on your account activity. Enter in email addresses separated by a comma to send alerts to multiple people.
  • Integrations: Sync your PayAnywhere account to Third Party Services.
  • Referrals: Refer friends or businesses to PayAnywhere and check your referral status.

Profile

  • Sign-in Settings: Modifying your email and/or password will change your login credentials for both the PayAnywhere app and PayAnywhere Inside. Changing your email does not, however, change the email address we send correspondences to.
  • Banking Information: To update your banking, please call Customer Service at 877.387.5640 or email custservice@payanywhere.com. For your security, do not include your financial information in the email; please provide your contact information and the best times for a representative to contact you.
  • TIN Matching & 1099-K: If you meet certain criteria, you will receive a 1099-K to be used for federal tax-filing purposes. If you do not see a button letting you view your 1099-K, then your account either has no 1099-Ks currently available, or does not meet the IRS-mandated criteria.
  • Two-Factor Authentication

    Two-factor authentication is an extra layer of security that requires a password and a passcode/security token in order to log in to an account. 

    • Make sure you have two-factor authentication enabled in PayAnywhere Inside. Security tokens are unique each time and are sent via SMS, so message & data rates may apply. 
    • Log in to PayAnywhere Inside using your username and password.
    • A message is going to pop up saying "SMS token was sent."
    • Below that message will be a box that asks you to enter your security token.
    • Check your phone as a text message will arrive shortly containing your security token.
    • Enter and submit this code into the designated box and you will be granted access to PayAnywhere Inside. 
    • When you enable two-factor authentication in PayAnywhere Inside, it will also be enabled on the PayAnywhere app.
