Sell and accept gift cards with the Factor4 Gift Card Program.
By subscribing to Factor4 Gift Cards, you are adding the ability to run gift card transactions through your terminal. Factor4 will work with you to get your business set up with gift card processing and placing any gift card orders. By subscribing to Factor4, you agree to the processing fees of 3.5% and $0.50 per gift card issuance. Factor4 is only available to users on the Payments Hub Premium or Premium Plus plans.
To enroll in the Gift Card Program:
- Log in to Payments Hub and head to Business Settings → Integrations.
- Click the Learn More link under Factor4.
- Click Subscribe to Factor4 Gift Card Program.
- Order your gift cards through Factor4.
- Factor4 will reach out upon receiving your subscription request (within 1-3 business days) to complete the setup process and help you order gift cards.
- If you prefer, you can contact Factor4 directly at sales@factor4gift.com or 1(484) 471-3963 to start your order.
Once you receive your gift cards, launch the Payanywhere app to begin selling and accepting gift cards. View the Gift Card Guide for instructions on how to sell and accept gift cards.
If you have an existing Factor4 account that you would like to use for your Payanywhere account, contact Tech Support and provide your Factor4 account credentials. We will manually enroll your Payanywhere account through your existing Factor4 account. If you do not know your existing Factor4 account credentials, reach out to support@factor4gift.com and ask them to send your account credentials to Payanywhere.
- Gift cards from your existing Factor4 account will not work on the Payanywhere app until your existing account is updated for your subscription through Payanywhere.
- If you enroll in the Factor4 Gift Card Program for Payanywhere and already have an existing Factor4 account, a second Factor4 account will be created. Gift cards from your existing Factor4 account will not work on the Payanywhere app. You will either need to order gift cards for your new account through Payanywhere, or contact Tech Support to update your enrollment using your original Factor4 account. Tech Support will work with Factor4 to have your Payanywhere account added to your original Factor4 account.
