You can purchase a cash drawer in Payments Hub for $74.95. The cash drawer is only supported by devices, or connected printers, that have a Cash Drawer port (RJ11). For example:

• Android devices that are connected to a Bluetooth POS80 Printer. Includes the Payanywhere Smart Terminal and Smart Terminal Mini.
• Payanywhere Smart Solutions with a Cash Drawer port - Smart POS, Smart Flex (PAX E600 only), and Smart POS+.

Connecting the cash drawer to your device:

• Smart Terminal, Smart Terminal Mini, and Android devices - plug it into the Bluetooth POS80 Printer.
• Smart POS - remove the back panel and plug it into the Cash Drawer port.
• Smart Flex (PAX E600 only) - plug it into the Cash Drawer port on the accessory hub that's connected to the charging dock.
• Smart POS+ - plug it into the Cash Drawer port located on the backside of the device.

Once the cash drawer is connected to your device, you will enable it in the Payanywhere app.

1. Head to Menu → Settings → Printers & Cash Drawers.
2. Select/toggle on Cash Drawer.
   • Your printer must be enabled first.
3. Tap Test Cash Drawer and the cash drawer should open.
   • Enable Allow Open Cash Drawer on Sell Screen if you would like to be able to open the cash drawer from the app when you're not running a sale.
4. Tap Save Changes and your cash drawer will automatically open for cash transactions.
