Multiple accounts are different from adding users to a single account. 

For example, people who might have multiple accounts are those who have one for their business and one for individual use. You can apply for an additional account on shop.payanywhere.com

To add additional users, please see Payments Hub → Employees

If you have multiple accounts, you will see the Multi-Account Reporting Dashboard when logging in to Payments Hub. Select an individual account from any page within the dashboard to view and manage that MID specifically. From their you can use the Account dropdown at the top right corner to switch to other accounts or return the the Multi-Account Dashboard.

In the Payanywhere app, tap Menu → Manage Accounts to see a list of your MIDs and switch accounts.
