By default, Payanywhere deposits funds within one business day of sales processed by 10 PM ET. Transactions processed after Friday 10 PM ET will be funded the following Monday. Amount funded will be less processing fees.
First payout:
We strive to make the merchant experience with Payanywhere as simple as possible, as such your account is ready to begin accepting transactions from the point of your account approval!
Being conscious of the financial, regulatory, and legal considerations of accepting payments is also a core element of how Payanywhere conducts its business. To ensure that we perform the correct level of due diligence tied to your business, an Underwriter will review your account within 3 business days of your achieving the milestone of processing your first $1,000. The review may take longer depending on the type of business (industry risk), future delivery (credit risk), or special requirements (compliance risk). One of our team members will be in communication with you throughout the process.
Same day funding: If eligible, you can contact Customer Service to enable same day funding.
- When same day funding is enabled, your transactions close at 10:30 AM ET and you will receive your same day deposit around 5 PM ET.
- If you manually close your transactions, you will need to close your transactions prior to 10:30 AM ET to receive same day funding.
- Same day deposits are limited to $50,000.
- Same day funding is offered as a free service.
Your Closing Settings are displayed in the Payanywhere app and Payments Hub. If you would like to select your own auto batch time or manually close out your transactions, you may contact Customer Service to change your Closing Settings.
- An auto batch time after 10 PM ET is not eligible for next day funding and takes an additional day for funds to be deposited.
- Merchants choosing to manually close their transactions must close their transactions prior to 10 PM ET each day to receive next day funding. Failure to close will delay funds until those transactions are closed out. We recommend closing transactions within 24 hours to prevent funding delays.
- If you are using a Payanywhere Smart Solution you are able to print your closing (batch) report from your device after your transactions are closed. You may also reprint your closing report at any time by heading to Menu → Print Closing Report.
- View the Default Host Close and Manual Close articles for additional information.
