The Star Micronics SP742ME Kitchen Printer can be purchased here, or through retailers like amazon.com. It is compatible with iOS, Android, and Payanywhere Smart Solutions in regards to printing tickets, but does not print transaction receipts.

Setup instructions:

Be sure to reference the instruction manual provided with the printer for specific details on setting up the printer, turning it on, loading the paper roll, and connecting it to your internet network.

• Ensure the printer's ethernet connection is using the same network as the wifi on your device and Bluetooth is enabled on your device.
• Log in to the Payanywhere app and head to Menu → Settings → Printers and Cash Drawers.
•  You should see the printer listed as an available printer. Tap the toggle to enable the printer.
• To confirm connection, tap on the printer name, then Check Status and Test Printer, if needed.
