Payments Hub, your new merchant portal, is here! Login using the same credentials you had for Payanywhere Inside. All your previous features will still all work the same, but with better visualization, navigation, and help tools than before!

Let’s take a look at the redesigned Activity section. This is where you can monitor and track your business activity.

Here, you’ll find Dashboard, Sales, Transactions, Deposits, Batches, Disputes, Reports, and Statements.

Transactions: See a list of transactions and view transaction details by clicking on an individual transaction. Individual transaction details include items purchased, customer information, the ability to send a receipt or, issue a refund, and more.

Deposits: View deposits and withdrawals going into the bank account you have on file. Filter your activity as needed and use the dropdowns at the top of the page to view deposits for a specific date range. Click on a deposit to view details such as transactions within the deposit and fees collected.

Batches: For those who close out the day manually, check in on your closed batches. Batch details include Sales, Refunds, Card Type Breakdown, Payment Method Breakdown, Terminal Breakdown, and transactions within the batch.

Disputes: View and manage chargebacks, and dispute the ones you believe are not valid. Click on a dispute to view the transaction details, dispute timeline, add a response, accept or rebut, and attach supporting documents.

Reports: This section includes all of your reporting options to get an in-depth look at your business’ data. Reports can be customized by date range and can be easily downloaded and printed for bookkeeping purposes.
